The primary insurance that we take at Transparent Mental Health, Inc. is Nevada Medicaid Fee for Service. Many people are unaware that there are different types of Medicaid in Nevada. Fee for Service which covers most services and MCO which generally has a deductible.
In Clark and Washoe Counties of Nevada, recipients who enroll in Medicaid receive a letter shortly after eligibility is determined informing them of their choices of Medicaid. Failure to complete and return the letter within the specified timeframe will result in automatic assignment to one of the HMO's.
If you live in Nevada and qualify for Medicaid, please educate yourself on the different types of Medicaid to ensure you are choosing the type that works best for you, and please make sure you respond to the letter in the time frame designated.We also accept the Access to Healthcare Network as well as offer a Sliding Scale Program for those who wish to pay cash.

Case Management services are provided to eligible recipients who are residing in a community setting or transitioning to a community setting following an institutional stay. Case Management services include assessments, care planning, referral/linkage, and monitoring/follow-up services.
The two target groups that Transparent Mental Health, Inc. provides Case Management services to are: 1. Non-Seriously Mentally Ill (NON-SMI) Adults, and 2. Non-Severely Emotionally Distrurbed (NON-SED) children and adolescents.
